I am writing this letter of recommendation for Randy Larson who is
interested in providing the photographic services that you requested for
the Anoka Halloween events. I am not a professional photographer or even
one that considers himself particularly artistically inclined. However, I
did spend two weeks with Randy on a trip to Italy where he was the
photographer for the group, Partners in Praise. During that time, I had
ample opportunity to observe, and marvel, at his commitment to his
responsibilities to photographically record the events and multiple aspects
of the trip. To me, he was always on duty from early morning to late at
night. Photographs were taken at all times of the day, both indoors and
outdoors, and in multiple types of settings. He also had pictures of all
members of the touring group, not concentrating overly on any one group or
individual, and included members of the local population and local
architecture. The photographs that I have seen have all been what I would
categorize as excellent in quality, again to my untrained eye. I would
imagine that you would feel the same about the quality of the images taken
for your event.
Finally, I would like to mention that Randy is an extremely pleasant
individual with which to interact. During the entire trip, he was always
upbeat and one of the individuals that I truly glad to be with.
